Billing counter staff was very harsh and we're not responsive. They saw the reports and billed without mentioning the coupon code even though I mentioned I had a discount. Then after I insisted to add coupon they changed the bill with annoying face.
Whereas,
Lab technicians and medical staffs took great care by helping me in getting blood samples and Scans.
