U are provided 10 o clock for appointment but scan taken at 1 o clock this is worst because we came at 9 o clock to the centre we are waited almost 4 hourse this is not good please provide exact time to us so we will plan that time only

I reached Aarthi scans at 11:30AM. By 12:15PM my MRI scan was done but have to wait till 3:45PM at the lab for reports and even after that they didn't give me hard copy. Every time I ask about the reports they say doctor is checking my reports. They told me it will take some more time for reports so I left the place after which they mailed me the report. Even drinking water is not available at the Aarti scans. When I asked for some drinking water they asked for 20rs.

The Radiologists did a great job. But 3 people who sit at the reception desk do not respond to care customers and are not proficient to carry workloads. They make customer to wait for no.reason and also do not provide prompt response.

Staff is polite. However I had to wait for 2.30hrs for the test. I was give 4pm slot and waited till 6.30pm. there was a communication gap between hospital team and labsadvisor team which needs to be checked Also for Knee MRI we usually get 4 films, but they only gave 3 films
