Most of the things were good but Lab didn't sent my report on time.

Not happy at all these people are making fool as given wrong report..On the basis of their report my doctor didn't suggest any other things but when the situation went worst i went to another lab.. there I came to Know that last report was wrong. you should not play with life of anyone.

The better coordination in between sample collector and lab facility provider could made the customer's more satisfied.

1. Good Service but with flaws that needs to be improved upon. 2. No way available on website to revisit the tests I have ordered for. 3. No Bill receipt for payment made while booking the tests. 4. The collection time printed on reports is wrong and put a question on genuine reports prepared against actual samples collected from patient. 5. When reporting the concern with customer service advisor, i clearly instructed NOT to call and disturb for explanation rather can provide it over email.
