Appointment was of 10.20 am but MRI was done at 12.15 waiting of 2hrs.

Service should be delivered what appointment time mentioned..maximum 1-2 hrs delay is ok...but waited for more than 4 hrs

Cost effective, for MRI, a right choice. Appointed scheduled at 4 pm on October 10, 2021 for MRI. Patient reached 15 min prior of appointment and by 4 pm, bill payment done. But patient was actually taken in for MRI scan @ 6 pm without any emergency patient. Diagnostics centre needs to seriously concentrate to reduce this excessive dwell time to improv etheor service standard and overall ranking. Found no drinking water at dispenser. Machines are latest ones and all other things are okay.

I have good experience in Thane branch but not good experience krsanaa Dombivali branch they refused to done testing because Dombivali near my home location. As I book Fistulogram MRI INR 2625 in mfine but testing center they charge excessive 3000 and Dombivali branch same test demand approx 5000 Rs. I have excuse mfine what about fare price if I book any test mfine and pay extra?

Inspite of reaching on appointment time we have to wait for approx 2 Hrs
