Very nice app, and lucid too giving best service

Not satisfied with the reports. Delay in issuing reports.

Good facility, but surprise that it has no parking place at lucid medical Banjara hills branch.

Staff were friendly & patient enough to answer all the queries. Lab is very clean. Only wish that people come for Covid-19 tests are dealt separately as we were bothered with them being in the same queue. Overall good experience, Cheers.

The lab is not at all observing covid protocols. Most of the patients are not wearing masks and the staff too are wearing masks on their chin. No social distancing is being observed and chairs are not marked for the same Their queue management leaves much to be desired. They are not sanitizing between patients

Good hospital

Some staff members their don't present timeline correctly,need to constantly recheck. But senior staff extremely helpful and keep a consistent follow up and open communication too.. very good equipment and doctors. Labadvisor rates also the best in the city..
