Worst service .....As I had went thrice with my pregnant wife after calling and got the appointment...all three times Medall lab replied that their doctor has been absent ...go to vadapalani center or come after 3.30pm...it was very difficult to me ..to travel in corono time and book the taxi as risk factor to take pregnant patient now and then..So please do not refer Medall to any body their staff are so irresponsible to customers.

Overall good. Feel there should be one more Doctor.

Kindly implement online appointment preferred due to COVID situation I was waiting more that 4hrs to take the MRI it was very bad idea if we taken online appointment on particular time we will visit the lab and take the service
