My Esphogus is hurt while experiment. I spit blood because there was no sedation used to put the endoscope in the throat which made me force puke and till now its hurting. But the doctor did not give up and got it done. Also the same endoscope is used to treat every patient which could be contagious in this situation with covid 19. We were not even instructed or informed about cleaning and safety procedure taken before endoscopy. It was not clean experience.

Bad experience. Need to brief about the side effects of the tests,if any. Consent letter should get signed in English if patient doesn't know Kannada. I had to go through the physical & mental trauma post test along with additional costs. I will not recommend to any.

Test didn't go well. I have gone through lot of pain post test.At last, i need to visit nearby hospital in a emergency ward to get the treatment.Before test Radiologist need to inform the side effects of the test. I have asked to sign the consent letter which wass in Kannada language & the language which i don't know at all. Worst experience. I incurred additional money to get the emergency treatment as well.

Staff are not co operative especially in the ground floor and online payment they are giving g bill on spot and who’sever visiting lab directly they are charging too high if you go via online they charge almost less than 50% less price this needs to be look into very seriously. Nobody is there to ask them for price part.

Fetal cardia, face and extremities could not accessed due to unfavourable fetal positio, this should re accessed later) when we asked they said this will be like that only, this should have been wait and re scan it later but they did not do. I want to give zero rating but it’s not there so giving one rate.
