We were charged 200 rs for PPE Kit and nobody in the lab had worn any PPE Kit. The Pulse lab also does not provide reports over email.

Very bad management since during the covid they are not maintaining social distance . They should follow appointment system during the pandemic and they charge for ppe kit but their is no ppe kit is used during the test .

After giving appointment between 1 to 2 pm , we had to wait till 3 pm :( this is not the way to treat ill patient.you should

Good centre. However I missed getting comparison of the scan with the earlier one as I had no idea that I need to carry it alongwith. It is an important factor to understand the progress of the problem from the previous time which helps the doctor better diagnoise. Staff was cooperative. However need better trained nurse administering the drug intravenous before the scan as she ended up bleeding the patient. Also the speakers in the scan machine are terrible as the voice cracks.
