Booking ID: 208229 Date: 2021-05-21 Time Slot: 6:00 pm-7:00 pm The appointment was not honoured today as the blood samples are supposed to be sent to Mumbai. As the courier services won't function on weekend and due to the unavailability of the pathology personnel at NM Medical, Kalyani Nagar, the test was asked to be rescheduled to Monday (24th May, 2021) 09:00 am. The message was conveyed to me after asking me to wait for 25 mins. Prior to the visit, I had called twice to confirm.

sarvice is pathetic. They keep us,waited for 4 hr that also among covid patient. No separate waiting area for covid patient

Worst service I have ever seen. This labsadvisor thing is a joke it seems. Haven't got my test reports even 10 days after it was done. Customer care doesn't bother at all. Shittiest service I have ever experienced. My money went down the drain.
