On a positive note, doctor was well experienced, to the point of precision and detailed. The overal experience is fine, it took long time for the patient given the fact that she was on fasting, that's in general a bit stress on a diabetic patient. The payment link is bad, felt scary when the page went south after having provided all the card details, certainly improvements and different payment options. It would be good to have a branch towards South Bangalore as well, Hebbal was too far...
